International shipping can be a costly and tedious endeavour, especially when it comes to freight charges. So, let us help you.

 

1. Do you wholesale to other region besides United States & Australia?

We focus primarily on these 2 markets. If you are interested to wholesale in other countries, please contact us on Whatsapp. 

 

2. What mode of shipment should I choose?

It depends on a few factors such as the nature of the products, urgency to receive your order and cost. We recommend air freight if you are looking for convenience, shipping small quantities & speed. Choose sea freight if cost is a primary concern especially if you are shipping large, bulky, or heavy items that aren't time sensitive.

 

3. How to reduce my shipment cost?

Choose sea shipment whenever possible. Expedited shipping service will be subjected to additional surcharges. So, please plan ahead and buffer enough time to avoid incurring unnecessary freight charges. Shipping products in larger volumes typically reduces the cost per unit to achieve economies of scale. When you consolidate multiple products into a single shipment, you spread the cost of transportation (e.g. fuel, container rental, handling fees) across a larger number of products, reducing the average shipment cost per unit.

 

4. How do I place an order that requires international air freight?

Please note that we only offer international shipping for countries to Australia & America. If you are interested to air freight products to other countries, please contact us on Whatsapp.

In order to ensure that our customers our paying for the most competitive air freight charges, we will get air freight quotes from a few vendors. Thereafter, we will let you know the freight charges for your consideration. After we have received your approval, please proceed to make payment for your order including international air freight charges. Thereafter, international courier tracking will be provided.

 

 

4. What is the difference between LCL (Loose Container Load) & FCL (Full Container Load)?

LCL refers to a shipment that doesn’t fill a full container. LCL shipments share container space with cargo from other shippers. So, LCL shipments are sent to a China warehouse for consolidation. The cargo is consolidated with other shipments at the origin and deconsolidated at the destination. You are charged for the space your cargo occupies (based on cubic meters or cubic feet).

FCL means that the entire container is used exclusively by one shipper. The container is fully loaded with goods from one customer. It is sealed and transported to China port and shipped directly to the final destination without sharing space with other shippers. Standard container sizes are available in 20ft or 40 ft.

 

5. I want to place an order, can I use my own freight forwarder for international sea shipment?

Yes, you can engage your own freight forwarder directly to make arrangements for international sea shipment. If you are using LCL, please indicate the receiving China warehouse details for domestic shipment. If you are using FCL, please indicate our China factory address:

6. I want to place an order, how do I arrange for international sea shipment?

Firstly, please determine whether you need LCL or FCL shipment.

Secondly, provide us with the final destination of the receiving address.

Thirdly, we will source the shipping quotation based on the information provided.

Thereafter, compare the freight rates before deciding on the freight company. This can help you establish if you are getting a good deal on freight or not. We will provide you a quote that has zero hidden cost to avoid the possibility of any rate variation.

When we receive your approval on our freight quote, we will notify the freight forwarder and set up a group chat to facilitate communication. The freight forwarder will book space or a container for your shipment with the shipping line.

Depending on the customs clearance requirements of each country, documentations such as commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (BOL), certificate of origin will be prepared.

Charges for international sea shipping service will be paid directly to the freight forwarding company.
